Friends of District Sports
District Sports is a federally recognized non-for-profit (501c3) organization devoted to promoting community athletics and well- being. Whenever possible, District Sports seeks to promote and support local, national, and international organizations that are using soccer as vehicle for social good. Over the years these organizations have included DC Scores, Street Soccer USA, and love.futbol- love.fútbol - love.fútbol develops simple, safe soccer fields for children in impoverished communities worldwide.
- DC Knights- local soccer club devoted to providing homeless and at-risk men, women, and children opportunites for success on and off the soccer field
- Street Soccer USA- Soccer for Social Change.. ending homelessness through sport
- DC Scores- Providing soccer, literacy, and community service programs to DC public school students
